BLACKOUT STICKERS - We put them on all electronics, fire alarms, electrical outlets, or other places around my home that have little LED lights on them. You can use the black stickers to fully block any lights you don't need to see or red stickers to block the light but still allow you to see what's underneath it (like the clock/temp setting on your stove or in your fridge, for example). If you can't find red stickers available online, you can always use red electrical tape and just cut it to size yourself!
CONTACT LENSES - Alcon Dailies contact lenses are the only brand that doesn’t block important light signals. There is no direct link for them, but you can order them from basically any optometrist in the US or Canada.

REMINERALIZING YOUR WATER
We have two primary recommendations for mineral and hydration support—salt/ocean & land based minerals, and in our experience, both are needed to fully support the body:

CELLERCISE
Cellercise is our TOP CHOICE of rebounder, and the highest quality and most effective rebounder on the market. It was created by Dave Hall and his methodology for how to use the rebounder is most clinically effective. His teachings are what we point my clients to when they are integrating rebounding into their routines, to assist them in using the rebounder to not only drain the lymph, and build cardiovascular health, but also to strengthen the muscles, and to tone the organs. This rebounder will stand the test of time and they make the firmest mat on the market, which means you get the most “bang for your bounce” with this unit. RAW FEEDING MIAMI - Your pet deserves the best too. This is a local business but they ship all over the US. I have healed both of my dogs using a raw meat diet. Real health is species-appropriate, and just like us, animals thrive on whole, unprocessed food instead of ultra-processed pellets that were never designed to nourish a living system.

Pro tip: If you’re going to start somewhere, start by changing up your undies. I have personally made it a rule to only buy new pieces that are natural fibres. I wear a lot of cotton, linen, and merino wool.
A great selection of merino wool bras, underwear and technical gear that have been independently tested by a third party to ensure they have no PFAS, BPA or forever chemicals, and are official OEKO-Tek 100 Certified.

We are a big fan of their cotton line. We wear the shorts for sleeping, and the bikini for every day. You can order them in your preferred level of protection depending on your flow. We also love that they are doing some more sexy options with lace (hanky pinky collab) but we will always stick to cotton options when it comes to undies.
They also make menstrual cups.
Love their cotton hiphuggers model. They use organic cotton which is dope! Haven’t tried their bikini and sleep shorts but love the designs.
The original period undies! Wore these for 7 years. We prefer their cotton briefs and bikini, though they are not organic. Their hiphugger model has an excellent fit. We never once leaked with their products.
